    After

    How it removes it
    1. The receptionist, an assistant with artificial intelligence, answers calls and WhatsApp on behalf of your business, with your greeting.

    2. If they ask for an appointment, it books it into your free slots and saves their details.

    Your phone stops ringing unanswered.

The customer picks the service day and it goes into the engineer's diary.

    How it removes it
    1. You create a booking page per service, with its length, your opening hours and the breaks between appointments.

  • Quotes for building work

You measure, pick the line items and the quote adds itself up.

Making quotes for renovations and building work quickly and without mistakes

    Before

A renovation company takes two afternoons over each quote, adding up by hand in a spreadsheet. One measuring mistake costs it money on the job.

    After

It measures, chooses its line items and the quote adds itself up, with no mistakes in the sums.

    How it removes it
    1. You save your line items once, with their unit and their price: metre, hour, unit or lump sum.

    2. You enter the job's measurements and each line item is calculated and added up by itself.

Quotes for building work the same day, not in a week.

Program for quotes and measurements for building and renovation work

    Before

An installer writes the measurements in a notebook at the customer's house and then types them up by hand on the computer, at night.

    After

    How it removes it
    1. Every measurement goes into its line item in the quote, without copying it from a notebook.

    2. If a measurement changes, the quote recalculates by itself.

You measure once, and the quote makes itself.

    After

Their website shows their services and their area, with the call and WhatsApp buttons in view.

    How it removes it
    1. BAI designs your website with your brand, your services and your own domain.

    2. It connects it to your BAI space: your catalogue, your forms and your chat appear on it.

Your business, with a website that speaks for you.

A trades business's questions

Does signing the quote count as accepting the job?

It's a simple electronic signature, with the trail of each signature saved. If a contract requires a stronger signature, BAI doesn't present it as one.

Where do I start with my trades business?

First. The website with a page per service and per area, and the receptionist. Then. Quotes, job sheets and invoicing; the search ranking by area. Why this order. The work comes in through local search and the phone; after that you win on the quote and the payment.
