Introduction
This site uses technical cookies and storage, which need no consent. Only if you accept all cookies does it also measure site usage with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. The analytics cookies are listed in the table below. We do not use advertising cookies.
Cookies we use
We use a technical cookie bai_locale to remember your preferred language (en/es) and serve you the correct version of the site. This cookie is strictly necessary for site functionality and is exempt from prior consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE (which is the applicable consent regulation for sites operated from Spain).
The hosting provider may generate technical cookies necessary for load balancing and attack prevention. These cookies are also consent-exempt.
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (key bai_cookies_v1, with the date of your choice in another key ending in _at) so we do not ask you again. It is needed to respect your decision and is kept for up to 24 months, or until you change it or clear the site's data; after that, and whenever this policy changes in a material way, the banner asks you again.

Analytics cookies
We measure which pages are visited, where traffic comes from and which actions are completed (contact form, call booking, clicks on phone, WhatsApp or email) in order to improve the site. We do it with Google Tag Manager, a tag manager, and Google Analytics 4. Each tag installs its own cookies, not the manager, and each one is listed in this table before it is activated.
Until you accept, the site sends no request to Google: not to Google Tag Manager, not to Google Analytics, not to Google Fonts (the typefaces are served from this same site). Your IP address does not reach Google before you decide.
If you choose "Accept all", we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: Google receives your IP address and technical data about your device and the visit, and the cookies in the table are stored. Google LLC processes this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). If you choose "Only necessary", nothing from Google is loaded.

Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer: withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Going back to "Only necessary" deletes this site's Google cookies and reloads the page.
To block or delete any cookie on this site, use your browser's settings. Deleting the language cookie will make the site fall back to your browser's default locale detection.
Updates
When we add a new measurement service we will include it in the analytics cookie table and update the date of this policy before activating it.
