BAI is five months old. Why trust my business operations to something so new?

Five months from the first public commit, not from when we started building. The first clients — Ad Meliora, Hispano Tempo, Malva Coffee — have been running on it that whole time. Hispano Tempo has processed over 500 relocated families through the system. The code is young; the business logic it solves is not. Real advantage: when you email support, you get someone who knows your workspace — not a tier-1 reading a script. The team is lean, not diluted across six layers of tickets.

What happens to my data if BAI shuts down?

That's the right question. Data on our own servers in the European Union, AES-256 encrypted at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. You can export your data in CSV from the platform at any time — no permission needed, no waiting on support. Signable DPA for regulated sectors. Whatever happens to the business doesn't cancel your ability to retrieve your data.

How much does it really cost? And why don't you charge per user like HubSpot?

Starter €50/mo (Collections + basic CRM + bookings). Plus €97/mo adds automations (emails, reviews, reminders). Basic €200/mo is the full platform: 24/7 receptionist chatbot, internal chatbot, proactive CRM, tasks/OKRs, calendar, marketing, e-signature and vault. Pro €600/mo raises quotas for high volume. Enterprise is 'let's talk'. We don't charge per seat — and this matters. You pay a fixed subscription plus usage quotas (leads, chatbot messages, storage). If your business grows and consumes more quota, you move up a plan — but you don't pay more every time you hire someone. That's the difference vs HubSpot, Salesforce, or any SaaS that bills you per seat.

Is it GDPR-compliant? Can I use it for client data in Spain?

Yes. Data in the European Union. GDPR compliance by design in modules processing personal data (CRM, Chatbot, Vault). The chatbot is configured not to invent — if a question falls outside its knowledge base, it hands off to the team instead of improvising. If your sector requires a specific DPA (healthcare, finance, education), we sign it on Enterprise. Full legal entity details are available in the legal notice. The entire chain is traceable.

The chatbot — what happens when a customer asks something the bot doesn't know?

It's built to answer what it knows and recognise what it doesn't. If a question falls outside its knowledge base, it doesn't improvise: it hands off with a message like 'You'll have that information tomorrow before 2pm, we'll call you directly' and automatically creates an alert in the CRM for the team to handle. Every conversation is logged and auditable. If a specific answer isn't right, we tune it: the bot learns from the knowledge base you control — catalogue, prices, hours, terms — not from the internet. What your customer sees is exactly what you approved.

Who handles support?

A prepared, compact team. Support by email, phone and video call — whichever channel you prefer, same team. We're not the size of Salesforce and don't try to be: the advantage is that when you write, someone who knows your workspace answers — not a tier-1 reading a script. Response times: 24h on Starter and Plus, 4h business hours on Basic, priority on Pro, dedicated account manager on Enterprise. 1-on-1 onboarding in the first week — real sessions with your team, not pre-recorded videos.

Does it work for my vertical? We're not a generic agency.

BAI works for any vertical. What we cover is the management, automation and optimisation of administrative, operational and commercial tasks every business has: CRM, bookings, invoicing, e-signature, employee time tracking, kanban with goals/OKRs, marketing, a financial module that calculates rates and taxes like an accountant would, document vault — the full set. Over time we develop sector-specific software — real estate, hospitality, clinics, consultancies, law firms — to attack the concrete problems of each. But the common base every business shares is covered by BAI from day one.

Which languages are platform and support available in?

The full platform is available in **Spanish and English**. We're rolling out the rest of the European languages next — Italian, French, German, Portuguese come in the next few months, then the rest. **Human support** is offered in **Spanish, English, Italian, Russian and Ukrainian**. If you operate with customers in another language, tell us in the initial call: the chatbot can serve your customers in their language even if your admin panel is in another, and invoicing already has intra-EU VAT and multi-currency configured.
