This website is the official domain of BAI Business, a B2B platform for SMBs and agencies. The only domain operated by the owner is baibusiness.com. Any other domain using the name "BAI Business" is not operated by the owner.

Terms of use

Accessing this site grants you the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to use the content and services lawfully and not to engage in any activity that is illegal or harmful to third-party rights.

Connected Meta accounts

A business that connects its Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or WhatsApp Business account to the BAI Business platform uses the data BAI obtains through that connection only in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the WhatsApp Business Terms when WhatsApp is connected, and applicable law. BAI may suspend or disconnect a connection when Meta requests it or when its use breaches those terms. This applies in addition to the signed agreement that governs the platform.

Limitation of liability

BAI Business is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the site, errors or omissions in the content, or misuse by the user. Services contracted through the authenticated platform (app.baibusiness.com) are governed by a separate signed agreement between the parties.

Applicable jurisdiction

Any contractual relationship arising from the use of this site is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid.

Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
