Connected online shop

Your catalogue sells on the website and in the chat, and never offers what's sold out.

You register each product once, with photos, price, VAT and variants, and it sells on your website and in the chat. Every sale deducts stock and whatever reaches zero shows as sold out, so the shop never offers what you no longer have.

  • Selling online with an online shop

Your website sells by itself: the customer chooses, pays and you only prepare the order.

  • Controlling stock and purchases from suppliers

Every product carries its minimum and, when it drops below it, the alert goes out before it runs out.

  • app to take payments from customers

The receptionist, an assistant with artificial intelligence, shows them the product and takes payment in the chat.

  • Stock control for products

You see how much is left of each item, with its quantity and its unit, without going to count it.

What you get with the online shop

  • Your website sells while you serve whoever is in front of you.

  • One product, one click, all your shop windows.

  • From "Do you have it?" to a paid order, in the same conversation.

Problems solved by the online shop

Selling online with an online shop

Before

You sell through Instagram and WhatsApp. Every sale is a conversation: photo, price, address and, in the end, the customer no longer answers.

After

Your website sells by itself: the customer chooses, pays and you only prepare the order.

How it removes it
  1. Your website shows your real catalogue, with photo, price and a page per product.

  2. The customer fills the basket and buys on your website, with the VAT of each product.

Your website sells at all hours, without anyone answering messages.

app to take payments from customers

Before

A customer asks on Instagram whether you have a product left. You look for the photo, give the price, send your account number and wait. You never hear from them again.

After

The receptionist, an assistant with artificial intelligence, shows them the product and takes payment in the chat.

How it removes it
  1. The receptionist shows each product with photo, price and the units left.

  2. If the customer wants it, it prepares the order and takes payment in the chat, with your business's payments account.

From "Do you have it?" to a paid order, in the same conversation.

how to take payment from a customer

Before

You sell through your website, but ask for a bank transfer. Some customers pay late, others change their mind, and you check every payment by hand.

After

The customer pays when buying, and the order reaches you already paid.

How it removes it
  1. The customer pays when placing the order, from their phone.

  2. The money goes into your own business's payments account, and the order is marked as paid with its invoice.

From basket to payment, without transfers or chasing.

I publish every product platform by platform

Before

You upload every new product to the website, to Instagram, to Facebook and to the WhatsApp catalogue: the same photo and the same price four times.

After

You register the product once and it appears in all those places, each with its own text.

How it removes it
  1. You register each product once, with photos, price and variants, and mark where it appears.

  2. Each place gets its listing, with the photo adapted and a template text or one written by artificial intelligence.

One product, one click, all your shop windows.

without going platform by platform to add, sell or sell out a product

Before

A product runs out and is still advertised in several places: orders arrive that you can't fulfil.

After

Every sale subtracts a unit, and what's sold out shows as sold out on the website, WhatsApp and chat.

How it removes it
  1. Every sale subtracts units from your stock; you can also mark it sold out in a single place.

  2. Your website shows it as sold out, WhatsApp changes it to out of stock and the receptionist knows.

What's sold out shows as sold out on the website, WhatsApp and chat.

How the online shop works, step by step

  1. You register each product once, with photos, price, VAT and variants, organised into collections.

  2. You translate the name and description with the help of artificial intelligence and mark each translation as reviewed.

  3. You mark where it appears: website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp catalogue or Google Business Profile, and it's published with one click.

  4. Your website shows the catalogue live; the customer orders, pays at once and the money goes into your account.

  5. The receptionist shows the product in the chat and, if the customer wants it, takes payment into your account.

  6. Every sale deducts from your stock, and whatever reaches zero changes to sold out on all your channels by itself.

  7. The order stays in the customer's record, with its invoice made.

  8. You link the WhatsApp catalogue to your number and decide whether the customer sees the shop window and uses the basket.

Frequently asked questions about the online shop

Does a sold-out product disappear from my website?

No. It stays on its page, marked as sold out, and keeps its address; the WhatsApp catalogue changes it to out of stock.

Does the money pass through BAI?

No. The customer pays with your own business's payments account, and the money goes into it.

Can I publish any product on my Google Business Profile?

Almost all of them. Google doesn't allow posts focused on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, financial services or regulated medicines. For those products you mark "don't publish here" for Google.

Can I give a signed delivery note?

Yes. You generate the delivery note from the official template in your archive and the customer signs it from their phone, with a link.
