Before the big decision.

It has been over a year since I decided to stop working 8 hours a day in exchange for a good yet stable salary, to launch into the adventure of entrepreneurship.

Today I am here to share my experience of leaving behind the peace of mind and security of working for a fixed salary, along with the motivations for doing so.

For years, I spent hours working for other people, giving 100% of myself, trying to improve customer service and attention, the processes...

While I poured myself into improving the work, the rest of my coworkers came to work just to put in their hours and receive their paycheck. We live in a world where people do not work to live, but rather live to work. This reason, combined with a lack of financial education, a lack of motivation, and a lack of self-improvement, creates the perfect cocktail to build workforces driven by apathy, lacking the motivation and intention to improve day by day, to push themselves, and to achieve success. And this lack of attitude is what costs entrepreneurs and small- and medium-sized business owners money every month. It is very difficult to find workers who have the necessary attitude not only to work better each day, but to feel part of the business and have the initiative and proactivity required for a business to scale.

The decision.

After spending years working and giving my best, standing out for the attitude and proactivity characteristic of my personality, I was promoted to team supervisor. And I encountered another major problem. The business owner did not give me the tools or the necessary conditions to properly care for the workforce, demanding great work under poor conditions. At that moment I decided I wanted to found my own company, dedicated to helping both business owners and employees. Creating solutions so that business owners have lower costs while saving employees time and work, ensuring that both parties have a better work environment and better conditions.

BAI Business.

From that idea of helping businesses after spending over 10 years working as an employee and manager, the idea of BAI Business was born. A platform where I build and add all the tools a company might need, for a fixed price that does not increase as we add newly developed tools. In a world where every system costs more and more money and where any company claiming to help you is primarily interested in your money, I founded BAI. Today, the businesses that make up the BAI community provide daily feedback on their needs and difficulties, so that we can develop solutions day by day that make business life faster and more efficient. Belonging to BAI is not just having a management platform for a price that doesn't grow exponentially as you integrate more solutions; it's about belonging to a community of companies that self-improve over time, growing all together in an environment of support and progression.
