Reviewed on 2026-10-10. BAI Business is one of the tools compared and publishes this article. In the table, BAI appears as "depends on the plan": it is explained in a conversation.
The criteria we compare by
- Quotes with cost and margin. The quote is calculated with your own line items and prices and you see the margin before sending it.
- Winning enquiries and first response. Whoever asks for a quote receives a quick reply and a visit is booked.
- Job sheets and work orders. Each technician sees their work on their phone and leaves the job sheet with photos and the customer's signature.
- Invoicing and payments. From quote to invoice without typing twice, with the verifiable invoicing system.
- Team and diary. How many people the fee covers and how the work is shared out.
- Price and exit. What each plan includes and how you take your data with you if you leave. The tests to check it are in the downloadable guide for home services (PDF, in Spanish).
The tools
ReformaBot
ReformaBot is management software for renovation companies in Spain. Its page organises it into sales, management and tools: a web assistant and an AI phone operator, AI quotes by voice or text, renders and a room editor, a work agreement with quotes that are signed and paid, invoicing with Verifactu, expenses with a photo of the receipt, customer management and diary, team and time clocking, and a portal where the customer sees their quote, their photos and their invoices and signs online. From the Company plan it adds profitability per job, a monthly pack for the accountancy firm, an assistant that wins customers and automations.
The plans cost €89, €169 and €299 a month, or €890, €1,690 and €2,990 a year with annual payment, and include a 14-day free trial; the page does not say whether the prices include VAT (source: ReformaBot, accessed on 2026-10-10).
It suits a renovation company that quotes per job and wants the quote, the signature and the invoice in a single flow. It is designed for renovations: for an electrician or a plumber who mostly handles call-outs and maintenance, you will need to check whether line-item quotes and measurements are useful to them, and what data can be exported, which the page does not detail.
Zoho FSM
Zoho FSM is Zoho's field service management program. Its page lists features for requests, quotes, work orders, services and parts, customer management, a dispatch console to assign staff, service report, invoicing and payments, users and teams, reports, mobile app, workflow automation and an API. It is presented with a free trial and no need for a credit card.
The price depends on the number of monthly appointments you choose: there is a free plan for 30 appointments a month and the paid plans start at €25 a month and rise with volume; the trial lasts 15 days, paying annually saves up to 16% and the page does not say whether the amounts include VAT (source: Zoho FSM, accessed on 2026-10-10).
It suits technical teams that manage many work orders and want staff dispatch. Since it is a generic field-service program, it is worth checking how it fits with Spain's verifiable invoicing, with job-line-item quotes and with signing job sheets, because its page does not detail this.
Holded
Holded is a management platform for small companies. Its pricing page groups the plans in tabs (Self-employed, Small businesses, Medium-sized businesses and Accountancy firms) and lists five in total. On the Small businesses tab it presents three plans for teams of one to ten people who want an all-in-one tool to manage finances, customers and projects: invoicing, contacts, project profitability control, expense scanner, bank connection, accounting in the higher plans and IRPF (personal income tax) forms. All plans give free access to the accountancy firm that is a Holded partner.
The three plans in that tab cost €29, €59 and €99 a month excluding VAT, for two, four and seven users, with a 50% discount for three months and a 14-day trial, and limit the invoices a year in each plan. The five plans on the page range from €15 a month (Plus) to €199 (Premium) (source: Holded, accessed on 2026-10-10).
It suits a service business that wants to keep invoices, expenses, banks and customers with its accountancy firm in one place. The page does not mention field job sheets or work orders for technicians among the features of its plans, so if your main need is organising the team out on the road, you will need to check it or complement it with another tool.
Where BAI fits and where it doesn't
BAI Business is a management platform for the self-employed and small businesses: CRM, website, visibility on Google, AI receptionist, appointments, invoicing and team. For a home-services company, according to its solution sheets, it includes job quotes with saved line items, measurements, cost and margin per line item and your own template, which the customer accepts and signs from their phone and which turn into an invoice; a receptionist that answers at any hour, says it is an artificial intelligence, gives a first price using your prices and books the visit; boards per customer or job with tasks, owner and date; and, for the team on the road, the day's tasks on the phone, time tracking and a job sheet signed at the customer's home.
It fits if you want quotes, job sheets, customers, invoices and website on one platform. It doesn't fit if you need technician route planning or advanced staff dispatch: its sheets do not describe them. Its electronic signature is the simple one; if a works contract requires an advanced or qualified signature, BAI does not present it as such. Job quotes with measurements are described in its sheet as available: ask to see them set up with one of your own jobs. If another program on this list covers what you need better, choose it. You can run the ten criteria in the downloadable guide (PDF, in Spanish) against any program, ours included, and see BAI on the page for home services.
How we checked this
We read the official pricing page of each provider on 2026-10-10 and noted only what is stated on it; what is not stated is said so or not written. We compare programs with the same purpose and with essential, relevant and verifiable features, with no judgements about any brand, as Spain's Unfair Competition Act (Ley de Competencia Desleal) requires for comparative advertising. Prices change: each figure carries its date and the page is reviewed every ninety days, or sooner if a price changes. BAI Business is one of the tools compared and publishes this article.
Frequently asked questions
Which program should I choose for an electrical or plumbing company?
It depends on whether your priority is quoting and invoicing, organising technicians with job sheets and work orders, or all of it together. The table summarises who each program is for and what it doesn't do.
Is there a program specifically for renovations?
Yes, there are programs designed for renovation companies with line-item quotes and measurements. The table shows which one and who it is for, with its source and the date it was accessed.
How much does a program for a home-services business cost?
It depends on the number of users, the volume of jobs and the plan. The table gives what each provider publishes, with its date; check it before signing up because it changes.
What should I demand from the program on signatures, invoices and payments?
A signature with an audit trail, invoices with the verifiable invoicing system and unpaid-invoice claims handled differently for private individuals and for businesses. The downloadable guide sets this out with its official source.
