BAI Business Small businesses that want CRM, website, appointments, invoices and receptionist on one platform General platform: the CRM is one part of it, not an independent sales product Depends on the plan; explained in a conversation

For a small business, HubSpot lets you start free, Pipedrive focuses on sales follow-up per user, Holded brings invoices, accounting and CRM together, and BAI Business gathers CRM, website, appointments and invoices in one platform. The choice depends on your team.

Reviewed on 2026-10-10. BAI Business is one of the tools compared and publishes this article. In the table, BAI appears as "depends on the plan": it is explained in a conversation.

The criteria we compare by

  • What each plan includes. What the provider's page attributes to each edition, without assuming what it doesn't say.
  • Opportunity tracking. Stages, automated alerts and follow-ups, and how far each plan goes.
  • Connection with the rest of the business. Whether the CRM stays in sales or connects with invoices, appointments, website and customer service.
  • Users and price. What each user or licence costs, and what is paid separately.
  • Data and exit. What each page says about your data; what is not stated is said so.

The tools

HubSpot

HubSpot presents itself as a platform for the whole customer journey, with sales, marketing and service on the same base. Its free plan brings together contacts, companies, deals and activity tracking, and syncs with other apps. The Starter plan adds support by email and chat, simple automations, segments and email campaigns, calls and chat with website visitors. The Pro plan adds advanced automations, social media, AI-assisted quote creation and a customer agent; Enterprise adds teams with different access levels, a test account and approvals.

The free plan costs €0 a month; Starter €7 per licence a month with a limited-time discount of 65%, Pro €90 and Enterprise €175, billed annually (source: HubSpot, accessed on 2026-10-10). The page does not say whether the prices include VAT.

It suits a small business that wants to start at no cost or plans to add marketing on the same base. What to watch is the jump in price between editions and that the additional Pro and Enterprise licences are charged separately.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a CRM centred on the sales process. Its page describes four plans: Lite, to organise sales in a simple workspace; Growth, which automates emails and follow-ups; Premium, with sales tools for the whole cycle, from prospect to close; and Ultimate, with the full set of capabilities. It also offers more than 500 integrations and paid add-ons such as LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, web visitors and Smart Docs.

The plans cost €14, €39, €59 and €79 per user a month billed annually, that is, €168, €468, €708 and €948 per user a year, excluding VAT, the add-ons start at €13.33 for Campaigns and €41 for web visitors, and the free trial lasts 14 days with no card (source: Pipedrive, accessed on 2026-10-10). The page does not say where the data is hosted.

It suits a sales team that wants a CRM centred on opportunities and accepts paying per user. Because it is a sales CRM, invoices, appointments and the website have to be connected with other tools, and the price multiplies with the size of the team.

Holded

Holded is a management platform for small companies; its page does not present it as an independent sales CRM. For teams of one to ten people it offers three plans that bring together finance, customers and projects. The Standard plan is described as accounting, banks, team and CRM in one place. All plans include invoicing with Verifactu and free access for the partner accountancy firm (asesoría).

The Basic, Standard and Advanced plans cost €29, €59 and €99 a month excluding VAT, for two, four and seven users, at half price for the first three months and with a 14-day trial with no card; inventory is an add-on from €25 a month (source: Holded, accessed on 2026-10-10).

It suits a small business that wants to run customers, invoices and accounting in the same tool and work with its accountancy firm. If what you want is a sales CRM with forecasts and follow-up automation, a specialised program can give you more depth in that part.

Where BAI fits and where it doesn't

BAI Business is a management platform for the self-employed and small businesses: CRM, website, visibility on Google, AI receptionist, appointments, invoicing and team. According to its solution sheet, its CRM lets you upload your customers from a spreadsheet with duplicates merged by email and phone, keep in the same record what arrives through forms, bookings or the chat, and see each customer's history in one place.

It fits if you want the CRM connected with the website, appointments, invoices and customer service, without copying data between programs. It doesn't fit if you want a purely sales CRM, with very specialised opportunity-tracking features: programs such as Pipedrive focus more on that part, according to their page. If another program on this list covers what you need better, choose it. You can see BAI on the CRM for your business page.

How we checked this

We read the official pricing page of HubSpot, Pipedrive and Holded on 2026-10-10 and noted only what is stated on it; what is not stated is said so or not written. We compare programs with the same purpose and with essential, relevant and verifiable features, with no judgements about any brand, as Spain's Unfair Competition Act (Ley de Competencia Desleal) requires for comparative advertising. Prices change: each figure carries its date and the page is reviewed every ninety days, or sooner if a price changes. BAI Business is one of the tools compared and publishes this article.
